Following the progress of your project
Where to see stage progress, photo reports and your conversation with the contractor.
Everything about your object sits on one screen, divided into stages.
Reading the stages
The project opens as a list of stages — the phases the work has been broken into. Open a stage and you see the tasks inside it, each as a card with a name, dates and a coloured bar.
Green — on schedule.
Orange — the deadline is approaching.
Red — the deadline has passed.
At the top of each stage there are counters for tasks needing attention and tasks overdue. Tapping one filters the list, so you can see exactly what is behind.
You cannot open a task card — tapping it does not expand it. What is inside a task belongs to the contractor's workflow; the result comes to you in the stage passport.
Documents and plans
The documents section may contain plans and drawings with pins. A pin is a marker on the plan carrying a comment and photographs — useful when you need to know exactly which spot is being discussed.
You can leave a comment on any document.
Photo reports
As stages are completed, their passports are published to you: a document with photographs and descriptions of what was done. It appears in the project once the contractor has published it.
Asking questions
You have two chats: a group one with the management team, and a private one with the company owner. Use them rather than a messaging app — the conversation stays attached to the object, and in a year's time you can still find what was agreed.
If something looks wrong
A red bar does not always mean a problem. Deliveries slip, weather intervenes, and a task can be waiting on a decision from you.
Ask in the chat before assuming. That is what it is there for.
