How the price is calculated from the number of active projects and what annual billing saves you.
Billing is based on the number of active projects. The more objects you run at once, the cheaper each one becomes.
How it works
The subscription is monthly, per active project. The rate depends on how many projects you have running:
up to 4 projects — €20 per project per month
up to 9 projects — €16 per project per month
10 or more — €12 per project per month
Paying annually means paying for ten months instead of twelve.
What does not count
The demo project — free, and takes no slot.
Archived projects — take no slot. Finish an object, archive it, and use the freed slot for the next one.
What is not limited
The number of users. Managers, workers and clients are invited at no extra cost — you pay for objects, not for people.
The number of stages, tasks, specification items, documents and reports.
Why projects rather than users
On a building site the crew changes constantly: a subcontractor arrives for two weeks and leaves. Charging per user would mean either paying for every temporary person or not entering them into the system at all — and then the system stops reflecting reality.
The number of simultaneous objects changes more slowly and describes the scale of the business more accurately.
