Managing your subscription

Your subscription lives in the account settings, in the Billing section.

What is there

Active subscriptions — how many slots are paid for and until when.

Transaction history — every charge.

Payment method — the card used for billing, changed from here.

Cancellation.

The demo project — switched on and off in the same section.

Adding slots

You do not buy slots separately. When you create a project and no slots are free, pressing Create offers you additional ones.

Freeing a slot

Move the finished project to the archive using Select in the project list. The slot is released and becomes available for the next object.

Worth doing as soon as the work ends rather than letting them accumulate: active projects where nothing is happening cost the same as working ones.

Annual billing

Switching to annual billing means paying for ten months instead of twelve. It makes sense when your number of simultaneous objects is stable. If your work is strongly seasonal and winter halves your sites, work it out against your actual pattern.

Cancelling

The subscription is cancelled in the Billing section.
